The Kremlin Directive is a special crisis committee set within the inner chambers of Soviet power, where delegates assume the roles of prominent Politburo members, People’s Commissars, military commanders, and party secretaries. Unlike conventional MUN committees, this body does not operate through open resolutions; instead, delegates are issued classified directives — strategic, political, and ideological mandates that originate from the highest levels of the Soviet apparatus.

The central task of each delegate is to scrutinize these directives, debate their legitimacy and practicality, and collectively determine whether they are to be adopted, amended, or rejected outright. Where a directive is agreed upon, delegates must further deliberate on how it is to be executed — defining the means, assigning responsibility, and anticipating consequences. Dissent is permitted but dangerous, consensus is powerful but fragile, and every position taken shapes the course of the Soviet state.
